"Ima Uvonne Clemons of McKinney, Texas passed away on September 12, 2016 at the age of 65. She was born on March 7, 1951 to Clyde Clemons and Ima Jackson in McKinney, Texas. Ima was a unit secretary for Medical City of McKinney. She was a member of St. Mark's Baptist Church in McKinney.

"Ima is survived by her mother, Ima Jean Wilson; sisters, Vanessa Wilson, Mary Jackson, Rita Gilmore; nephews, Marc Jackson, Corey Wilson; nieces Trayvion Jackson, Manishah Jackson, all of McKinney; aunt, Helen Crockett of Dallas, Texas; and numerous other loving family and friends.

"She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Clemons; brother, Clyde D. Clemons; and grandparents, Jessie and Ima Jackson.

"A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 17, 2016 at St. Mark Baptist Church, 1308 Wilcox St., McKinney, Texas 75071. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Friday evening, September 16, 2016 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen."

I am sorry to hear of the passing of another of our dear classmates.  May Ima rejoice in seeing her brother, father and others in heaven but most of all I pray see is in the company of our Lord Jesus now and forever.  My condolences and prayers to all of Ima's loved ones.
